INTRODUCTION Waldenström's Macroglobulinaemia (WM) is a low-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, characterised by the presence of a monoclonal immunoglobulin M (IgM) and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma. It is typically a disease of the elderly with a median age at presentation of over 70 years and an incidence of 0.57 per 100 000 person-years.1, 2 MYD88 L265P activating mutations are seen in over 90% of WM patients, with CXCR4 mutations in approximately 30%.
