Secretomic changes of amyloid beta peptides on Alzheimer’s disease related proteins in differentiated human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells
KLVFF, RGKLVFFGR and RIIGL peptides were chemically synthesized by a solid-phase method and purified by HPLC with higher purities than 95% (GenScript, Piscataway, NJ, USA). All synthetic peptides were dissolved in ≥ 99.5% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; Sigma, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, France) and further diluted in fresh antibiotic-free culture medium to obtain the required working concentrations. Vero cell line (ATCC CCL-81) was used for in vitro cytotoxicity assay.

Multi-feature fusion and dandelion optimizer based model for automatically diagnosing the gastrointestinal diseases
The gastrointestinal system has a very complex structure. The complexity of this system stems from the fact that it contains many different regions such as the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine (Modi et al., 2023; Peery et al., 2012). Gastrointestinal diseases are extremely important and affect the comfort of human life. It involves examining and evaluating both single and multiple images together for the diagnosis of some diseases.

Early detection of student degree-level academic performance using educational data mining
Discussion Higher educational institutes collect and store multiple facets of student data. The analysis of this data has the potential of uncovering patterns and insights that can shape pedagogical policies. The aim of this research has been the exploration of the most basic data collected by higher educational institutes to devise a classification model that can predict student end-of-degree performance at an earlier stage during the course of the degree.
