Ask me how I am and the response you’ll probably get is: ‘tired’. Not ‘I need an early night’ tired, but the kind of tired where eight hours of sleep somehow still isn't enough. Between work, exercise and trying to maintain some semblance of a social life, I often feel like I’m running on empty. And frankly, there's only so much a flat white can do. While coffee gives me a temporary boost, it also leaves me feeling jittery and anxious if I overdo it.
