Sherbrooke's Granada Theatre sold off all of its 1929 wooden seats this month. All, that is, except for the one favoured by its in-house ghost. The Granada Theatre in Sherbrooke, Que., sold 200 balcony seats to the public this month ahead of its 90th anniversary.
