Our data confirm the successful enrichment of plasma membrane proteins from PDX models of OS and identification of both known and new OS surface proteins in these specimens. However, whether or not they will be tractable IT targets remains to be elucidated. For example, a surface protein that is highly enriched in OS, but also ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues is unlikely to be an effective IT target.
