Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis using mamba-based analysis of dynamic functional connectivity state transition sequences
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by deficits in social communication, restricted interests, and repetitive behaviors (Lord et al., 2018; Saqr et al., 2018). In recent years, the prevalence of ASD has risen globally, emerging as a critical public health concern.
Integration of temporal & spatial properties of dynamic functional connectivity based on two-directional two-dimensional principal component analysis for disease analysis
Feng Zhao conceived and designed the experiments, performed the experiments, analyzed the data, prepared figures and/or tables, authored or reviewed drafts of the article, and approved the final draft. Effects of home-based telerehabilitation on dynamic alterations in regional intrinsic neural activity and degree centrality in stroke patients
This study used existing data from a randomized, single-blind, controlled parallel group study in which home-based TR training or CR training was given for 12 weeks to 52 subcortical stroke patients in China (Chen et al., 2020a; Chen et al., 2020b). See Supplemental Files for patient exclusion and inclusion criteria. This study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry as ChiCTR-IPR-17011757 and was conducted in compliance with the protocol (Chen et al., 2018a; Chen et al., 2018b).
Topological data analysis for revealing dynamic brain reconfiguration in MEG data
Conclusions Using the graph theoretical invariants of Mapper graphs, we found that the centrality scores of the working memory task are significantly higher than the centrality scores of the story/math task; and the centrality scores of the sensory-motor task are significantly higher than the centrality scores of the story/math task. These results suggest that whole-brain activation patterns are more similar for tasks requiring higher cognitive effort when compared to periods of rest.
Individual brain structure and modelling predict seizure propagation
Neural network oscillations are a fundamental mechanism for the establishment of precise spatiotemporal relationships between neural responses that are in turn relevant for cognition, memory, perception and consciousness.
