Al Rogers’s Biography

After obtaining a Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, Dr. Al Rogers went on to become a deputy superintendent for the Sacramento County Office of Education in California. While serving as Superintendent, Rogers helped increase student performance throughout Sacramento County and achieved a 6% improvement rate from 2016 to 2018.
