A cold front is sliding through South Florida this morning between about 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., bringing a brief window for quick-moving showers. Rain chances stay low around 20%, and unfortunately, this system won’t deliver enough rainfall to make a dent in our ongoing drought. Behind the front, skies turn sunny and the afternoon stays warm with highs near 82°. Breezy conditions linger through the day, with winds occasionally kicking up to around 25 mph, especially near the coast.
