Dudley O'Shaughnessy in Rain Catcher, who Michele Fiascaris says 'inspired the development of the character in the feature' The high-rise blocks of London’s Barbican become the backdrop for a rain-slicked noir-inflected thriller in Rain Catcher. The feature, which had its world premiere at Karlovy Vary Film Festival has been expanded from the successful 2018 short of the same name by director Michele Fiascaris and his co-writer and producer Filippo Polesel (along with Alba Moyano).
