EDMONTON — There’s good news for residents lamenting the loss of one of one local watering hole. In early August, Daravara — a neighbourhood pub located on 124 Street and 107 Avenue — announced it was shutting down. The pub, which opened in 2014, was a neighbourhood staple for residents living along 124 Street — and several were upset to see their local pub close its doors. “It’s a big loss to the area,” said Jeff McLaren, executive director of the 124 Street Business Association.
