Mossier is a non-profit organization that works to enable employment equity for the LGBTQ population. Just this past month, they hosted an online conference called, "Proud to Work Minnesota," but they also offer consulting, training and education on LGBTQ issues.

Men and women deal with different medical problems and that's why it's important to be aware. Dr. Robert Kantor with UnitedHealthcare said men deal with more obesity issues, they tend to avoid doctors, and they have shorter life spans.
