Ana Renfroe

I'm a journalism sophomore with a concentration in news and minoring in professional writing at Texas A&M University. I'm currently the head news editor of The Battalion, Texas A&M's student newspaper.

Established in 1893, The Battalion prints weekly and publishes online daily. In June 2023, The Battalion ranked No. 1 nationwide in the Associated Collegiate Press' 2022-23 Clips & Clicks contest.

I'm also the student vice president of the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association. I serve on the executive committee, serving as a student voice while helping plan the next 2024 annual convention in Fort Worth.
