The restaurant sits on a strip across the road from  Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, which stretches along Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor. But any dream of a quick island escape over dinner was crushed the moment we sat down at the street-level restaurant. A long line of at least four coaches blocked the harbor view.
