मैं अक्सर सोचती हूं कि क्या आपकी ईको एंजायटी भी मेरी जैसी ही है। मेरी एंजायटी शोर नहीं मचाती। इसमें किसी प्रकार की घबराहट नहीं होती। बल्कि इससे लड़ने के लिए मैंने “जस्ट एनफ” यानी कम में सतोष करने का तरीका अपनाया है। यह उस दुनिया के साथ मेरा समझौता है जो चिल्लाकर कहती है ज्यादा खरीदो, ज्यादा खपत करो और कुछ बनो। मेरी बेचैनी किसी नुकसान के डर से नहीं आती बल्कि इस चिंता से आती है कि जो मेरे पास पहले से है क्या, मैं उसका सही इस्तेमाल कर रही हूं?

I often wonder if your eco-anxiety feels the same as mine. Mine isn’t loud. It brings no panic. Instead, being “just enough” has quietly become my coping mechanism. It’s my peace with a world that shouts: buy more, consume more, be more. My anxiety stems not from fear of loss, but from not optimising what I already have. Each small act prompts a faint question: Am I using too much? Could this stretch further?
