The RADIOSA phase 2 randomised clinical trial included 102 patients with metachronic oligometastic prostate cancer who were randomly assigned to receive either stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) with 6 months of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) or SBRT only. 1 The primary endpoint was clinical progression, defined as the time from random assignment until the presence of new local, regional, or distant metastatic lesions.
