News is now instant. No longer are journalists doings the traditional way of things.

What does it mean to be a journalist?
It means to be accurate. An individual that gathers facts and information and disseminates that to an audience.

Why did you become a journalist?
My mission is to make a change in my community and be a symbol of hope for the next generation. Providing accurate but compelling stories.

UCF running back Trillion Coles profile story.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always think about your mental health. Covering multiple stories in one week can be draining. Take a day or so to rest and focus on a hobby

Anytime.

About a young man who tore his Achilles a season before but scored a go-ahead touchdown for team.

Water.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That if you played sports or watch them a lot means you can write or report on them the same. It’s an art and can be difficult.
