Belle marshal's office surprises 10 community members with Thanksgiving meals

(KRCG 13) BELLE — Not all surprise visits from law enforcement are bad! Belle marshal Joe Turnbough, his wife Deborah and bail bondsman Kurt Seba spent a portion of their Tuesday afternoon visiting 10 random members in the Belle community to give them a Thanksgiving meal. "It's giving back to the public," Joe Turnbough said.
