It's been 14 years since BART riders were able to use the bathrooms in underground stations. And on Thursday at 5 p.m. BART officials will discuss reopening them - again - at a board meeting in Oakland. The restrooms were locked up for security reasons after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
