On 12 December, 2025, around 50 practitioners and leaders gathered in Hilversum, The Netherlands, with a shared feeling that something in the Agile conversation had stalled. Agile practices are widespread, certifications abound, and yet many organisations seem to be experiencing more control with less learning, and growing fatigue rather than adaptability.

For Agile2024, we’re exploring how to “Reimagine Agile” in many different ways, starting with the Reimagining Agile keynote panel on Wednesday. But then the fun really begins! We’ll take what we learned in the keynote and host deep-dive conversations with fellow Agilists in our full-day Extreme Open Space session. Open Space is an awesome way to bring people together, organize them in small groups, and allow them to create their own agenda of parallel sessions around specific themes.

Join the worldwide Agile Community at Agile2024, the premier in-person event of the year! Agile2024 offers many talks and workshops to establish a solid base for any framework your team might be considering.
