I'm a freelance reporter working with National Public Radio, WNYC Radio, Scientific American magazine, and other outlets. My main beat is science and, within that, I specialize in drugs, addiction and mental health. I'm also interested in data security and privacy, especially where it pertains to...

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

Not really. I had a friend who was the editor of my high school newspaper, and I'd help her do headlines but that's it.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I don't know if i'm the most proud of this one, but my first radio story was a feature on WNYC Radio about gentrification in bed stuy.
