Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

Not really. I had a friend who was the editor of my high school newspaper, and I'd help her do headlines but that's it.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I don't know if i'm the most proud of this one, but my first radio story was a feature on WNYC Radio about gentrification in bed stuy.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

It's a difficult field. Try not to get discouraged.
