I wish I could.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Every pitch should clearly mention the requirements and the pay they are offering instead of being vague about it, especially the latter.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I rely upon Google Docs and the default Notes app.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter.
Who do you wish followed you?
Every editor who are usually open to pitches.
Why did you become a journalist?
Journalism enables me to reach to the common folk which academia unfortunately does not.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was the editor of the school newsletter, where I collected, edited, and designed it. It would come out on every three months.
When's the best time to pitch you?
I am open to pitches throughout the day but will likely reply during evening, which is between 6 PM - 9 PM (IST).
What's your favorite drink?
Would saying coffee make it 'basic'?
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
In bed, lazing around or reading.
