BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Saturday, May 16, marks one year since an EF-2 tornado caused destruction across multiple counties in south-central Indiana. While there were no fatalities, the storm destroyed homes and businesses across Monroe County and caused significant damage to Brown County State Park. One of those places hit was People and Animal Learning Services on the west side of Bloomington. On a beautiful sunny day in May you can find instructors and clients riding horses in the outdoor arena.
