We thank Kirby et al. for their thoughtful comments regarding our recent work (Turner, Stanhewicz, Nielsen, & Wong, 2023) and are excited that this case report generated thoughts within the scientific community about the vascular physiological effects of oral contraceptive pill (OCP) use and cessation.
