The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) added a digital bonds annex (DBA) to the global master repurchase and global master securities lending agreements (GMRA and GMSLA) in addition to the 2024 digital assets annex (DAA) for platform transferred securities, digital cash and asset-backed digital assets, which includes tokenized traditional securities.
