Good Glamm Group, a content-to-commerce company, has acquired two more influencer management firms, Winkl and Vidooly, for an undisclosed sum. In addition to these freshly acquired enterprises, it has created a new corporation, Good Creator Co (GCC), for all of the influencer and creator platforms under its roof, including Plixxo and MissMalini. In addition, Good Glamm has invested Rs 200 crore in the new company.

The cash and stock deal will give Good Glamm Group entrance to diverse business sections of Miss Malini Entertainment, including – actual content and marketing platform, MissMalini Media; women community network, Girl Tribe; celebrity and talent management platform; Ignite Edge, as well as creative agency and video presentation house, Agent M Creative and MM Studios.
