What was your first job as a journalist?

I was published in a PC Magazine in the '90s discussing the future and the internet's role in it.

How is social media changing news?

News must adapt to its new role from being an information source to becoming a trusted source to be disseminated by influencers.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I was the school photographer and part of the yearbook staff.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Double Check your Facts and always take a pause before hitting the submit button.

What's your favorite drink?

I love sweet tea, diet cokes, and Shiner Bock Beer.
