Abstract Background: Intensity is a physical function parameter; however, despite recommendations for consistent moderate-to-vigorous intensity exercise, intensity is difficult measure and define, particularly for individuals with neurological disorders. Methods: Systematic review was completed following the PRISMA Checklist, through database searches from 1994 to 2024. The workflow platform, Covidence, was used and studies were excluded if they did not meet HIGH Cochrane GRADE criteria.
