1. Introduction Listening to citizens and collaborating with service and technological companies as an integral approach is essential for Smart Cities. First, waste and water treatment facilities may cause undesirable odors because of underestimated uncertainties in using models and data during the design stage. Central heating using biomass boilers may be closer than expected by design to homes and other essential services (health, education, etc.).

Hecho Este fin de semana el Valle de Hecho ha realizado un homenaje a los navateros, y las navatas han vuelto a bajar por el Aragón Subordán, en una mañana que la situación era bastante complicada por la poca agua que bajaba en el río. El trayecto que habitualmente se hacía en 20 minutos, este domingo les ha costado prácticamente una hora y media. Los cuatro puentes por donde transcurre el descenso estaban llenos de gente que no se han querido perder esta tradicional.
