Design of Amino-Functionalized Benzene-1,4-Dicarboxylic Acid-Fabricated Lanthanum-Based Metal-Organic Frameworks for Defluoridation of Water

|
By Antonysamy Jeyaseelan, Natrayasamy Viswanathan
| ACS Publications
The present work is focused on the hydrothermal fabrication of lanthanum (La)-based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with the linkers of benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid (BDC) and amine-functionalized BDC, namely, 2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid (ABDC), which are abbreviated as [email protected] and [email protected], respectively. The developed [email protected] and [email protected] MOF composites were utilized for defluoridation of water.
