1 Introduction Niraparib (Zejula) is a potent and selective oral inhibitor of poly ADP-ribose polymerases (PARPi), PARP-1 and PARP-2 [1]. PARPs are a family of enzymes responsible for DNA repair. Niraparib inhibits both PARP-1 and PARP-2 and demonstrated clinical activity in patients with ovarian cancer [2].
