1 Introduction Juvenile generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is an extremely rare variant of psoriasis accounting for 0.4%–0.6% of pediatric psoriasis, clinically characterized by extensive sheets of erythema covered with pinhead-sized non-follicular pustules that may fuse to form lakes of pus [1, 2]. Fever, malaise, and arthralgia are common systemic symptoms that often accompany or precede the eruption of a rash.

1 Introduction Leprosy and tuberculosis (TB) are chronic granulomatous infections caused by Mycobacterium leprae and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, respectively. Although tuberculosis remains endemic in Nepal, the incidence of cutaneous tuberculosis is relatively low (0.03%) [1], and leprosy has been declared “Eliminated” as a public health problem since 2010 [2].
