For his next term, Congressman Barry Moore will have a newly drawn district with a new district number (CD1 rather than CD2). He will also have freshly promoted leadership staff and a new scheduler in his Washington, D.C. office. Moore announced today that four longtime aides have been promoted and a new scheduler has been hired. “I’m proud to hire and promote these talented individuals who have consistently demonstrated their commitment to serving the people of Alabama,” said Rep. Moore.

In their first public appearance since Election Day, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Monday. The ceremony in honor of Veterans Day has become an annual tradition, since Veterans Day was first established as a national holiday in 1954. Following the ceremony, Biden gave a short address, praising his administration’s handling of veterans’ affairs over the last four years.
