According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the updated Travel and Tourism Services Regulation simplifies licensing categories, expands the scope of services, increases operational flexibility, and provides multiple licensing-duration options.

Purity for Information Technology Co. received on Sept. 10 a letter awarding it a contract for the framework agreement for managed services for network systems and information security from the General Authority for Awqaf (GAA). According to the company’s statement, the contract is valued at SAR 20 million, including value-added tax (VAT), and the company expects to sign it on Oct. 29.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the company said the financing comprises two facilities. Facility A is valued at SAR 450 million with a five-year tenor, while facility B is valued at SAR 50 million with a three-month tenor.
