Question  Is there a survival benefit for ramucirumab in the second-line setting for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) when examined by Child-Pugh score and baseline ?-fetoprotein (?FP) levels? Findings  In unselected patients, a trend for ramucirumab survival benefit was observed in patients with HCC in the Child-Pugh 5 disease subgroup.
