Acidic Osteoid Templates the Plywood Structure of Bone Tissue
Histochemical Staining a) Goldner trichrome (Haematoxylin, Fuchsine, Light Green): Sections (n = 60) were sequentially stained and washed in series: An initial haematoxylin Weigert solution stain was followed by staining with Ponceau fuchsine. Following treatment with a 1% phosphomolybdic acid solution, the sections were stained with a light green solution.
