Performance Optimization of Multi-Criteria Route Planning Algorithms: A Case Study in HAZMAT Emergency Response
Submitted: 01 February 2026 You are already at the latest version This study investigates the multi-criteria route optimization problem within complex urban expressway networks. The primary objective is to develop and evaluate a novel pathfinding approach by integrating a Delphi-AHP-weighted cost function into the A* algorithm, thereby dynamically balancing operational efficiency and public safety.
Benchmarking Multi-Platform APIs and Fuzzy-AHP for Enhanced HAZMAT Emergency Logistics: A Case Study of Bangkok’s Expressway Network
Submitted: 17 January 2026 You are already at the latest version To address the critical challenges of hazardous material (HAZMAT) incidents in dense urban areas, this study develops a hybrid framework for spatial emergency response optimization tailored for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Our approach integrates the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) with a rigorous technical benchmarking of multiple navigation APIs to improve routing decisions under volatile Bangkok traf-fic.
Expressway Rescue Route Planning Using A* Algorithm Enhanced with Delphi Technique
Submitted: 31 December 2025 You are already at the latest version To enhance the crucial prompt and efficient emergency response on expressways, this research set out to develop a novel rescue route planning method. We implemented the A Algorithm*, with its cost function uniquely developed through the Delphi Tech-nique. This involved 17 experts who helped determine the weighted importance of factors like population density, resource readiness, and traffic fluidity in route selec-tion.
Development of rapid prediction model for silicosis risk among stone carvers in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand
Abstract Exposure to silica dust presents a risk for the development of lung disease for stone carvers in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. This study aimed to develop a rapid prediction model for the assessment of silicosis risk among 243 stone carvers who were exposed to silica at work from August and October 2023 in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
Fire | Free Full-Text | Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to Rank Fire Safety Factors for Assessing the Fire Probabilistic Risk in School for the Blind Building: A Case Study in Thailand
3. Results Assessment of the scores was based on brainstorming from fire safety experts. The fire safety experts consisted of fire safety and building services staff (two persons), firefighters (two persons), fire safety consultants (two persons), and an architect (one person). All experts had more than 5 years’ experience in fire safety. Expert Choice V.11 implemented the AHP for computing the relative weight of each of the fire safety factors.
