Transient absorption (TA) Femtosecond TA measurements of DACN-DPA were performed in n-hexane and MeCN, exciting at 345 nm in order to understand the effect of solvent polarity on the excited state dynamics. The TA spectra were measured in the range of 375–725 nm at various time delays that are shown in Figures 4 and 5 for both solvents. The corresponding 2D plots for both solvents are shown in Figure S4 in the Supporting Information.
