Ash Schnoor’s Biography

Ash is a music journalist, photographer, and PR professional covering the alternative, emo, pop-punk, hardcore, metalcore, K-pop, and hyperpop scenes across the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York corridor. Ash serves as founder and Chief Editor of Crossfade Magazine and is a contributing writer and concert photographer for Melodic Magazine. Her coverage spans all genres and types, including her coverage of Governors Ball 2026, which reached over 80,000 accounts and drew more than 144,000 views. Ash also holds roles as Assistant Music Director and Web Director at WMSC 90.3 FM, Montclair State University's radio station, and runs RASPBERRI PR, a boutique agency representing independent artists in the alternative space.

Ash is currently studying Social Media & PR and Film & TV at Montclair State University and brings a dual perspective as both a working journalist and a publicist, with hands-on experience in live event photography, artist interviews, and music industry operations.
