The NWSL has terminated its media rights agreement with the streaming platform Victory+, ending a partnership that lasted less than a year, the league announced on Thursday. The split is due, in part, to unfulfilled payments, sources told The Athletic. Beginning with Sunday’s matches, every game previously scheduled to air on Victory+ will instead stream free on NWSL+, the league’s direct-to-consumer platform.
