Chi-square test for imprecise data in consistency table

1. Introduction In statistical analysis, the chi-square -test for consistency, also known as the chi-square test, is a commonly used method to determine if there is a significant association between two categorical variables in a 2 × 2 contingency table. This test allows researchers to assess whether the observed frequencies in the table deviate significantly from what would be expected under the assumption of independence between the variables.
