MINNEAPOLIS — Justice came slowly for Allison Lussier. The Minneapolis woman was found dead in her apartment in 2024, days after she placed a 911 call to city police. It was one of roughly a dozen calls she made over months, reporting domestic violence at the hands of her boyfriend. Her death was ruled undetermined, as there were drugs in her system. Though her family knew she struggled with addiction, they demanded a deeper investigation.
