The American Nurses Foundation recently released their 2022 Workplace Survey and the results paint a bleak picture of the nursing profession. The headline says it all: “Nursers Not Feeling Heard, Ongoing Staffing and Workplace Issues Contributing to Unhealthy Work Environment.” As a lifelong nurse, I have seen so much. It is disturbing what is happening to the hardworking nurses in our profession.
