2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Study Design and Participants The study was conducted among second year students at Wroclaw Medical University, taking part in compulsory physical education classes. The inclusion criteria are given in Figure 1. The participation in the study was voluntary. The age of the students was between 19 and 21 years old. All respondents were informed of their anonymity and their answers were used only in the study.
