Awanthi Vardaraj

I began my writing career in my early teens, although it wasn't entirely a career then, more a talent that won me prizes and established me as a word nerd in my circle of friends. That changed a bit later, in my thirties, when I was at a loose end financially, and I realised I could, in fact, make a living from writing.

I write about anything that captures my attention and imagination, everything I am passionate about (food, women's health, women's rights, social justice, memoir, travel), and some things I never thought I'd ever be writing about. Thanks for looking me up!
