As illustrated in Supplementary Fig. 1, STPNMs are prepared by electrospinning a viscous precursor solution through a syringe under a high voltage electric field17. These composite fibers possess excellent flexibility with appropriate titanium doping concentration (Supplementary Fig. 2). The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image in Fig. 1a reveals that the STPNMs are composed of entangled uniform fibers with a diameter of 200–300?nm.
