1. Introduction Potatoes, as a versatile crop, have great potential for increasing planting areas and yields [1,2]. In 2015, China initiated a strategy to make potatoes a staple food, providing guidance for the development of the potato industry. The unique geographical environment and climate conditions in the northwest region are highly suitable for potato growth, playing an important role in promoting farmers’ incomes and regional economic development [3,4,5].
