Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples from four previously reported retrospective collections of primary NSCLCs represented in tissue microarrays (TMAs) were analyzed [9]. The first collection includes samples from 273 patients with NSCLC collected at Sotiria General Hospital and Patras University General Hospital (Greece) between 1991 and 2001 (cohort #1).
