6 DISCUSSION In this study, we provide an extensive in-silico description of the structure and dynamics of diabodies. Previously, the structure of diabodies was described in an electron micrographic56 and a crystallographic study.38 While the crystallographic approach38 lacks in the description of dynamics and might be distorted by crystal packing effects,102-104 the electron micrographic56 study provides the possibility to describe an ensemble in solution.
