1. Introduction Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy is a morbidity frequently observed in therapies with platinum compounds, taxanes, and vinca alkaloids. Peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy can occur both acutely and chronically, persisting for months to years after the completion of chemotherapy [1,2]. The symptoms include hyperalgesia, paresthesia, dysesthesia, burning and/or electric shock sensations, and lancinating pain in more severe cases.
