Abstract Chemotherapies are often given without precision biomarkers, exposing patients to toxic side effects without guaranteed benefit. Here we present chromosomal instability signature biomarkers that identify resistance to platinum-, taxane- and anthracycline-based treatments using a single genomic test.

Abstract Oncogene amplification and tumour suppressor deletion can drive tumour initiation, progression and treatment resistance. Detection at diagnosis often signals poor prognosis, but it can also enable opportunities for treatment with highly effective targeted therapies.

1 INTRODUCTION Psoriasis is a chronic systemic immune-mediated disease that affects 2%–3% of the general population.1, 2 Prevalence and incidence vary by population and age. Among Europeans, psoriasis primarily impacts adults rather than children, with both sexes being equally affected.3 The majority of psoriasis cases, around 90%, are attributed to chronic plaque psoriasis, also referred to as psoriasis vulgaris.
